In the comercial the mothers first thought was that the guy was a Pedophile! the reson they chose a black person is because of the color of the toothpast was dark.

In the US of A for example, a black man is ONEHUNDREDTIMES more likely to rape a white woman than a white man is to rape a black woman. Being wary of violence from black men makes some sense and being wary of sexual violence from black man makes even more sense.
Of course we could go into discussing whether that would still be the case if we lived in a more equitable world, yadda yadda yadda, and that’s a legitimate question, but, I reiterate, racism – particularly of the kind demonstrated in this video – is wholly rational (if quite a bit overblown).
